Sofia Hedström, a New York-based correspondent for the Norwegian TV company NRK, says her outfit is inspired by a blend of fairy-tale aesthetics and 1960s biker culture: Little Red Riding Hood grows up and joins a motorcycle gang.

…Sofia mostly shops at vintage stores—Amarcord (the Williamsburg one) being her favorite.  She spends about a $100 a month on clothing.
